We also have an excellent network of casting foundries. We tightly control quality of both casting and follow-up machining. When machining from bar stocks, we can cold draw or extrude the material to custom diameters or width to save on material.

We can machine steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and Nylon. Our bi-lingual engineering team are familiar with US/UK material standards (ASTM, SAE, BS...) and know the Chinese equivalent. We also manage surface finishing process afterwards and are familiar with passivation, woods nickle strike, zinc plating...

Some of our factories are competitive at high volume works, and some of them excel at high mix/ low volume works.
